Please let us know if you have little ones or pets at home - we prioritize you and your family's health. It is important to remove toys/blankets/pet food/water bowls from areas prior to treatment, keep children and pets off treated surfaces until they are 100% dry, and ventilate rooms after indoor sprays have been applied. We follow all regulatory guidelines but want to operate with an abundance of caution to protect more vulnerable clients.

Please secure all pets prior to the appointment in an area outside the treatment zone. Our Service Professionals will not enter the enclosed area where a dog or other pet is visibly present.

In most cases, no — you're welcome to stay home during your treatment. That said, we do recommend stepping out for 2 to 3 hours as a precautionary measure for households with children under 2, anyone who is pregnant, individuals with respiratory sensitivities, or when interior flea treatments are being performed in carpeted areas.

Why am I still seeing pests after my first treatment?

Seeing some pest activity after a treatment is completely normal, and how quickly results show up depends on a few factors — including the type of pest, the treatment approach used, and where the pest is in its life cycle. Eggs and larvae, for example, are often unaffected by treatments targeting adults, which is why some products are designed to work in stages over time.

Your technician will walk you through what to expect as part of your diagnostic and treatment plan, including a realistic timeline for when you should start seeing a reduction in activity. Some treatments work within a day or two, while others — particularly those targeting breeding cycles or colonies — are designed to work more gradually for longer-lasting results.

Do you treat attics and crawl spaces?

For safety reasons, our technicians will access attics only when they have fully finished flooring throughout. Crawl spaces can be entered when the clearance is 5 feet or greater. In situations where neither condition is met, your technician will treat the area by reaching in from the access point rather than entering the space directly.
